Arduino Chambers launched in April 2023. We are a boutique real estate consultancy practice offering senior level advisory and brokerage services to our investor, developer and operator clients across all sectors in the UK.

We are a highly experienced team of chartered surveyors, with career long expertise and track records, advising clients on how to achieve their wide ranging goals, from maximising investor and developer financial returns to helping operator clients accelerate their business growth through the financing or funding of their operational real estate.

We have a reputation for thinking outside the box to deliver exceptional results for all clients. As owners of our business we are able to offer clients a conflict free, confidential, patient service, where we consider all options, formulating optimal strategies and deal execution to suit each circumstance and client.

Arduino Chambers is currently active across investment sales and acquisitions, throughout the UK.

We provide tailored, strategic investment advice to a wide range of clients. Our team specialises in off-market deals and has a strong track record of sourcing opportunities for buyers and securing best-in-class terms for sellers.

Our in-depth knowledge and experience of the development process, both as advisers and developers enable us to provide unrivalled advice to clients on funding their development projects.

We have acted for many of the UK’s leading developers and raised more than £1 billion through development fundings. We are currently advising on £500 million of development fundings across various projects in the healthcare and living sectors.

We structure and arrange long-income forward funding solutions for developers, operators, and landowners seeking to unlock capital at the earliest viable stage. Our focus is on inflation-linked, institutional-grade leases that meet the evolving requirements of annuity and long income investors.

We have successfully executed income funding transactions across healthcare, supported living, and essential infrastructure, matching operational resilience with strong covenant backing. Our deep understanding of lease structuring, credit underwriting, and investor demand ensures our clients secure optimal pricing and deliverability.

Peter Arduino

With over 30 years of experience in real estate investment, development, property finance, and funding, Peter is a seasoned professional in the industry. He recently co-founded Arduino Chambers to provide clients from all areas of the property world with personalised, senior-level consultancy, advisory, and brokerage services.

Peter is passionate about delivering the best possible advice and solutions to his clients; even if it means taking a longer and more challenging path to success. He works closely with clients as an extension of their own business team, immersing himself in each deal or project to gain a deep understanding of their needs and ensure optimal results.

Matt Chambers

Matt has worked in real estate investment, development and funding for over 10 years across various capital markets teams at CBRE and Colliers. He co-founded Arduino Chambers in April 2023.

He has advised a range of domestic and international clients on both acquisitions and sales across all sectors, and has found particular success in sourcing and advising on off-market deals.

More recently, Matt has been active in the healthcare and supported living sectors, structuring long income and development funding transactions aligned with institutional investor demand.

He is passionate about building trusted client relationships, investing time to understand client objectives and providing tailored advice to help them achieve long-term, value-driven outcomes.
